Private fields
IP addresses, UUIDs, raw captures, and exact packet evidence are private operational data. Staff should use summaries for public discussion.
Retention
Keep evidence only as long as needed for review, chargeback defense, or support. Old captures become risk without value.
Sharing
Share report ids and summaries first. Send raw evidence only when support asks for it.
