Confirm In Observe

Setup

Switch to observe mode, reload if needed, and ask the player or tester to repeat the same normal action. Keep the reproduction narrow: same server, same inventory, same menu, same plugin path.

What to save

• The incident id from before observe.
• The incident id created during observe, if any.
• Exact player action in plain language.
• Server and proxy version.

Outcome

If observe still records the same issue, open a support package. If observe is clean, the original incident was likely timing, profile pressure, or a plugin state change and should be reviewed with care.
