Staff Alerts

Purpose

Alerts are for triage. They should tell staff when something needs attention without turning normal plugin traffic into chat spam.

Checks

Run /eps alerts status after reloads and profile changes. Make sure only trusted staff have alert visibility.

Noise control

If alerts are noisy, do not hide the problem by disabling review. Switch to observe mode, reproduce the action, and identify the plugin path causing the reports.
